STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

SUMMER 2019, TEAM STRENGTH and CONDITIONING.

PUSH ONE VOLLEYBALL will be running Strength & Conditioning programs.  Coach Jared Ocoma is USAV VCAP certified and looks forward to working with the athlete to improve there physical performance.
​
PUSH ONE VOLLEYBALL Strength & Conditioning caters its program to volleyball athletes. Since the sport of volleyball utilizes explosive movements and athletes experience continual heart rate changes, the style of workouts will mimic these attributes.  Core, upperbody, and lowerbody will be pushed.  The program is bested when athletes push themselves and eachother to new limits.
